At KAW RIVER ADVENTURES we are passionate about creating a quality weekend getaway for you and your family.  Our goal is to introduce you to the beauty and history of the Kansas River.  We offer float trip opportunities from our cabin to KAW River State Park near the Governor's Mansion. These floats usually take between 3 to 4 hours depending upon how many sandbars you stop to explore.  Catfishing on the Kansas river is action packed during the spring and summer months. You will be able to choose from a varitey of options to catch fish including limb lines, trotlines and rod and reel fishing adventures. Our catfishing opportunities range from single day to full weekend fishing options.  Guests staying in the cabin will have the opportunity to choose any of the fishing or float trip adventures to make your stay as memorable and relaxing as possible.
